Penmaenau Farm Camping Ltd Terms of Payment and Price List

Following your online booking and payment, we will send you an automatic email of confirmation.

With this email, your e-tickets are attached. Please print all of your e-tickets and bring them with you your day of arrival. The e-tickets will grant you access to the site, not the confirmation email. Your VAT receipt is included in your confirmation email.

Should any part of your booking information be found to be false upon arrival, such as your caravan berth or the ages of your party, the management categorically reserves the right to nullify this agreement. You will be denied entry and escorted off the premises.

We do not allow towing vehicles over 3.5 tonnes. W will also refuse entry to large or Continental caravans that we deem unsuitable (Hobby/LMC, Tabbart, Roma, Wieppert, etc.), as well as horse boxes, horse trailers and box trailers. Horse-drawn carts or carriages are permitted. We do not allow animals, specifically horses, cattle, sheep, cows, chickens, or dogs.

Any infringement of this nature will result in management categorically reserving the right to null this agreement. You will be denied entry and escorted off the premises.

We strongly recommend that all your party is given their own relevant eticket. They will not be granted access without this. Each eticket is unique and cannot be copied.

ID may be requested on arrival when seeking to obtain an over 18 wristband.

We highly recommend you take out holiday insurance.

Caravans / Motor Homes 2025

£280.00 - is the minimum caravan charge and covers any five consecutive nights.
£20.00 CHARGE FOR AWNING.

Tents

£220.00 is the minimum 1 to 4 berth tent charge and covers any five consecutive nights.

£280.00 is the minimum 5 to 6 berth tent charge and covers any five consecutive nights.

£380.00 is the minimum 7 to 8 berth tent charge and covers any five consecutive nights.

After listening to feedback the Penmaenau Family have decided not to accommodate/allow 7-8 man tents in the Family Area.

However, we will accommodate 7-8 man tents in the Young Adult Area. Please refer to the criteria to enable you to stay in this area.

We will not accept bookings for any tents above 8 berth. Please note 1 tent per pitch.

Should your tent, once erected, appear significant larger than the berth capacity stated on your booking in form, and it exceeds the boundaries of your allocated pitch, additional charges may apply and you may moved from your original allocated area.

There will be a charge of £20.00 per night for any additional nights that a caravan or tent is on site whether occupied or not.
